"Chasing Harry Winston" by Lauren Weisberger

Just finished Chasing Harry Winston by Lauren Weisberger, the authir of The Devil Wears Prada.
This new book of hers has the green high-heel on the cover.
I was just wondering if anyone else had read this, and what they thought in relation to The Devil Wears Prada, or her other book, Everyone Worth Knowing.
She also writes as three characters in this book, not one.
So...what did you guys think??

Chinese New Year Oranges

Oranges are part of Chinese New Year tradition. The reason behind its importance is quite simple - in Cantonese they're called "chen" which sounds the same as the word for "success". Outside of businesses and in homes you can find small trees full of oranges this time of year. Generally the oranges are not eaten, they're just for decoration but they can be used for some delicious treats, like the one below! Click images to see larger versions...

You will need a bunch of the tiny variety which can be eaten without peeling. Prepare the oranges by washing them carefully and then stick a tooth pick on each one.

Roast peanuts or other nuts and/or seeds.

Crunch the nuts into small bits and pieces. Then heat up sugar (red / brown sugar will be best) on a wok to running... this is used to dip the oranges to cover the surface of the oranges. Somewhat similar than dipping strawberries in chocolade...

Dip the oranges in the melted sugar and then in the nuts! Proceed through all of the oranges one by one...

The result is a delicious sugar-nut coated orange! Yummy!

Star Wars-Episodes IV, V and VI

The Star Wars Trilogy Episodes IV, V and VI. More commonly known as Star Wars, The Empire Strikes Back and Return of the Jedi.
Or if you're a diehard fan, like myself, they are the coolest movies ever to come out of Hollywood! This is the trilogy that most people grew up with, know and love, yada yada.

I would have done a huge amount with this post, but surprisingly, I couldn't find ANY images! Where did they all go??

Anyway, here's the space to chat about Luke, Leia, Han, Darth Vader, and all the other memorable characters from the movies!!

Star Wars-Episodes I, II and III

Here is my post to discuss the Star Wars Prequel Trilogy. For people who are unfamiliar with these movies, this may seem a little confusing. Why two posts for all Star Wars movies? The answer is that, though they are all movies that are part of the one saga, they were made in and set in, different times.

Ironically, Episode I, Star Wars-The Phantom Menace, Episode II, Star Wars-Attack of the Clones and Episode III, Star Wars-Revenge of the Sith are the first three films chronologically in the saga, but they were made after the sequels [see my other post].
Apparently, back in the '80's, George Lucas didn't have technology that he wanted/needed to make the first three films...so we got the second three instead.

I'm really glad we did, because, in my humble opinion, while there are a lot of stunts and effects in I, II and III, in Star Wars, Empire Strikes Back and Return of the Jedi, there was a lot more character development and feeling in the acting. That's just my opinion, however, what do you guys think??

food well we all know what food is lol well we all need food somtimes we get a hard ime choosing what to eat especially when you wanna loose weight.
the key to loosing weight is to eat the right food and i have a qoite ''we eat to live not live to eat'' put that qoite in ur minde and start making the right decicons and i have a few healthey dishes and i hope u enjoy them :

GRILLED CHICKEN!! WITH HOT LIME AND CREAM SOUCE!!!

DONT FORGET THE CREAM IS LOW FAT OR SKIMMED OR U CAN USE HALF AND HALF

Mushroom Cream Sauce Over Whole Wheat Pasta!!!!

DONT FORGET TO USE WHOLE WEAT PASTA AND if u think its not good trust me its delicous and when prepairing the cream souce go with low fat cream or half and half and instead of ceam use a tomato souce depends on what u like

i know the cool game. the name is Dwarf Village. there is no game like this in this site ( i not sure ?!), because its made in indonesia, but language is english...

Seriously, the majority of you are totally lacking what's needed to form even the most basic of phrases, let alone to engage in a somewhat productive conversation. And then you just go babbling to random people, thinking they would really be interested to communicate with you.
